SeriouslyCreative is made up of the pioneering, smart-thinking team of Dana Montenegro and Angiemille Latorre.
Together, they offer more than 25 years of combined experience working with creativity, as well as the knowledge of HOW grounded discipline inspires real efficient creativity.
Dana Montenegro: The Creative One
Dana Montenegro the Founder of SeriouslyCreative. A well renowned Innovation Trainer, Facilitator and Idea Engineer his great skill is to inspire everyone and anyone to think big and find the ideas and solutions they seek.
Throughout the past 15 years, Dana has worked in diverse creative fields in marketing, innovation, brand design and management, more recently as Driver of Culture, Innovation and Inspiration for Red Bull Energy Drink in Latin America.
At Red Bull, Dana was charged with launching the brands unique marketing initiatives throughout the region, as well as working with teams worldwide to develop new and innovative projects. In this role he lead the companies efforts in creating new projects from visual arts events in Berlin to student outreach programs in Buenos Aires. During his time at Red Bull he also created new processes and strategies to inspire, collect and manage the ideas of the company. Most recently together with sister company Inotivity in Boston he launched I.D.E.A. Engineering: an innovation process that promotes collaboration and guides teams from discovering the roots of the problems right through prototyping and commercialization of solutions.
In short, Dana is a right brain thinker, innovation advocate, creative problem-solver and designer of whole system ideas. He is a challenger of the status quo and the go-to expert for inspiration and bold thinking by innovation seeking companies and organizations.
Angiemille (Angie) Latorre: The Serious One

After 4 years working in the tourism industry as Sales Manager for the Puerto Rico Convention Bureau, in 2001, Angiemille made the transition to Advertising and Promotions for agencies such as Populicom and Lopito Ileana & Howie. There she was responsible for accounts such as AT&T, Rums of Puerto Rico, Department of Economic Development and Commerce, Hershey's, Gerber, Maybelline, Garnier and L'OREAL Paris, among others.
In 2006 Angiemille, along with Dana Montenegro her husband and partner, founded SeriouslyCreative, a consulting firm focused on igniting and developing innovation as a culture in professionals and their teams.
In late 2008, they opened SeriouslyCreative Space, a unique offer in Puerto Rico of a non-traditional innovative space for meetings, trainings and corporate events.
More recently, in 2009, SeriouslyCreative launched locally their products of trainings and facilitations, which had before then been offered to clients in Latin America, the US and Europe.
Board member of the Sales and Marketing Executives Association and active member of the Society for Human Resource Management , Puerto Rico Convention Bureau and Puerto Rico Manufacturers Association, Angiemille focues on customer service, logistics and helping clients design more than a meeting... a collaboration and productivity experience out of any event.
Angiemille is a graduate of Academia Perpetuo Socorro and holds a Bachellor Degree in International Relations from Gettysburg University in Pennsylvania and is the mother of two SeriouslyCreative kids.
